Thank you for your interest in the American Rescue Plan and the County of Monroe’s program for managing funds for our communities.

Our application process is straightforward and intended to provide an open forum to those entities that qualify and are eligible for funding. If your organization is eligible for funding, you will be able to proceed after verification of eligibility. If you do not meet eligibility requirements you will be notified and accordingly not be able to submit an application.

By continuing in the process, I acknowledge on behalf of the organization I represent, the County of Monroe may award funding to any applicant at its sole discretion and further acknowledge no entitlement, right or claim to American Rescue Plan funds distributed from the County of Monroe. I, we agree not to make any legal or administrative claim for funding against the County of Monroe, any employee, official or other acting on behalf of the County of Monroe if our application is not determined to be awarded funding.
