CFSBK Yoga for Athletes Feedback
I am looking to launch a new in-person class and would love your feedback. 

This class will utilize a combination of active range of motion techniques (functional range conditioning, kinstretch, "CARs," etc.), breath-work, mindfulness, as well as some traditional yoga postures. There won't regularly be a vinyasa flow, but there will be lots of playful movement!  

If you're interested in taking the class, please reply to the following, which should just take a few minutes of your time. Please share whatever rings true to you.
