Extra charges may occur for anal gland expression $12, extensive ear cleaning $10 or extra cleaning ($5 a day) of the kennels due to females being in heat, peeing or pooping in the kennels excessively (more than twice a day). *
I understand that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, if you cancel you forfeit your deposit. The bath is an additional charge and is a requirement. If picking up early, you will still be charged for the complete stay and the bath.  *
