This form gives Brotherhood members a way to provide feedback on their interactions with the club's leaders. If there's a way we can do our jobs better, we'd like to hear about it. If we're already doing something well, tell us so we can do more of it. If you have concerns about your interactions with a Brotherhood leader, whether club-wide or within your own unit, let us know so we can help.
How It Works
When you submit feedback through this form, it's sent to the Emissary Staff to review. Every so often, we'll go through the feedback you submit and forward it to the relevant leaders, and follow up with you if needed. For the sake of transparency, the Grand Master, Deputy Grand Master, and Justicar also have access to feedback sent through this form.
If you wish, you may submit feedback anonymously. However, doing so will make it impossible for us to follow up with you (since we won't know who you are). As such, we encourage members to provide their name and contact information with their feedback, in case we need to ask you for more information.
When to Use This Form
- You have feedback for the Brotherhood leadership as a whole. Some situations require multiple leaders to work together, especially when the outcome affects the entire club.
- You have concerns about an interaction you had with a Brotherhood leader or one of their staff. Club-level leaders are expected to take their responsibilities seriously, and every member of the Brotherhood has the right to be treated respectfully.
- You have concerns about an interaction you had with a leader within your Clan, and speaking with your Clan leadership hasn't resolved the issue. Your Clan-level leaders are in the best position to have firsthand knowledge of your situation. However, if you've raised concerns before and they haven't been addressed, we'll do our best to help.
When Not to Use This Form
- You're concerned a member has violated the Covenant. The Covenant is the Brotherhood's equivalent of a legal code, and violations are taken extremely seriously. Any situation where a member might've violated the Covenant should be reported to the Chamber of Justice. You can find the Justicar's contact information on the Council roster page.
- You have a proposal for a particular Brotherhood leader. If you have suggestions for a specific leader or office, please use their mailing list or suggestion box. Brotherhood leaders' reports and the Council roster page include their contact information. For Emissary-related suggestions, please use the Emissary Staff Suggestion Box.
- You disagree with a decision made by another leader. The Emissary Staff don't have the authority to review decisions made by other Brotherhood leaders. If you believe someone abused their power and made a decision in bad faith, it's a potential Covenant violation and should be brought to the Chamber of Justice.
