RCS School Board Meetings are held at 5:45 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday each month at the RHS College and Career Academy. Please submit this form and any documents for the board to review by one of the following options by the appropriate time. You must be a citizen of Rome, a current student or employee of RCS , or a parent/guardian of a current student.

If you are a current student or employee of Rome, please list your school or worksite.

If you are a parent/guardian of a current student of RCS, please list your child's name, school, and grade level.

Please briefly summarize the topic of the comments you would like to share with the board. *

If you have documents for the board to review, please choose one of the following options to submit them not later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting. *

Drop off at the Central Office, 508 East 2nd Avenue, Rome, GA 30161(no later than closing of business hours at 4:30 p.m. on the Monday before the board meeting.)
