ABOUT EVENT AND OUR SPEAKER, ALEXA BAILEY
Hello everyone! This is the google forms for an upcoming virtual seminar with a professional therapist, Alexa Bailey. She currently lives in Gilbert, Arizona and works at Evolve Counseling and Behavior Health Services. Her specialties include treating patients with depression, anxiety, and PTSD, and she treats people of all ages from children to the elderly. In this virtual seminar, she will discuss her personal experiences with this field and answer questions such as why she chose a career as a therapist. After that, she will progress into talking about the importance of maintaining a positive mental health and just the misconceptions that many people have about mental health. At the end, she will be open to answer any questions that parents and students have.

LOGISTICS:
On the morning of the session, attendees with be emailed the meeting information (Zoom link). Individuals who have not signed up for the respective session will not be able to attend the virtual event and will not receive the recording of the session.

WHAT IS PHOENIX AYLUS?:
AYLUS is a 501(c)3 student-run nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of our communities. Since 2019, Phoenix AYLUS has held 40+ service events/projects including concerts at senior homes, lab tours, info sessions, food banks, fundraisers, marathons, etc. Recently, Phoenix AYLUS has donated 7,000 medical face masks and 2,000 KN95 face masks to local hospitals, senior centers, and fire stations.
