Hatha yoga is currently taught in different modules: Isha Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas and Bhuta Shuddhi. Apart from these workshops, we also have batches of daily Hatha Yoga sessions with a monthly membership. These practices have been selected and designed by Sadhguru to develop mental clarity and focus, boost vigor and vitality, balance body chemistry, and take years off the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom.
