Qualification for Applicant:
1. Applications from current Jersey Shore or Monmouth Fidelity Chinese School students and TAs will be considered first.
2. The applicant must be already attending high school at the time of application.
3. The applicant must be able to communicate in simple Chinese terms and should have some knowledge or skill in Chinese Culture.  For example:  Chinese Yo-Yo, Chinese Folk Dance, Arts & Crafts, Chinese Painting, Calligraphy, etc.

The applicant must commit to attend the entire camp between 6/28/21 to 7/2/21 from 9am to 12pm. Pre-camp meeting must also be attended on 6/26/21 (time and meeting link will be notified later) if accepted for the position.  We discourage any one who can not fulfill the requirement and we will NOT distribute any community service hours for incomplete service.


Liability Waiver:
1. The Monmouth County Chinese Summer Camp reserves the right to cancel the summer program due to any circumstances that are beyond our control.  The Camp will notify each applicant if such an event does occur.
2. The guardians give permission to the Camp Staff to photograph and camcorder participant as named on this form during this camp and use such photographs and video for Camp album and records.

Applicants will be evaluated & approved by the Camp Committee and subject to availability. Deadline for application is 6/5/21.  After the Teaching Assistants are selected, notification will be sent on 6/12/2021.  All selected Teaching Assistants are considered volunteers.  Upon request, a recommendation letter can be provided at the end of the camp.

TA Registration FEE:
Free for 新海/維德今年現任學生。$20 for 新海/維德校友。皆需參加過一年孟郡夏令營。Please send the $20 check payable to Jersey Shore Chinese School (P.O. Box 755, Holmdel, NJ 07733)
