1. Smoking is not allowed within the building.
2. The hall may be accessed for decorating purposes an hour before event start time.
3. The hall must be vacated within 30 minutes following the finish of the event and all decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
4. The balance of the rental fee must be paid to the person in charge of Infinity 8 [创业吧] before event.
5. Damage costs may be charged to the client if any damages occur during event.
7. A refundable deposit in the amount of RM150 must be received at the day of event in term of cash as booking fees and security deposit for facilities and equipment in the event hall.
8. Cancellation must be informed 5 days before the event, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
9.     Setting for event spaces no changes will be made 3 days before event date.
