Please read the following instructions carefully and make sure that your application is complete.

NEW* Due to the number of kids who have committed to summer camp and summer programs over the past few years and then not attended, the CFM has had to pay a significant amount of money to local camps even when the kids did not attend. While we understand extenuating circumstances can occur, we require families to let us know as soon as possible if a child is registered at camp but can not attend. Additionally, all families who choose to register their child for a summer camp experience will be required to pay a $75 processing fee. Children who are registered for a summer program (day camp) will be required to pay a $40 processing fee. Thank you for your attention to this change and we look forward to sending many more kids to camp in 2024 and beyond.
• Separate applications must be filled out for each child
• References should be an outside professional contact (e.g. educator - teacher, EA, principal, vice-principal, doctor, caseworker, social service workers...) and cannot be the person applying for the funding
• The Foundation must be able to contact the reference and may do so as necessary
• Applications must be submitted before registration for activity (usually takes about 2 weeks for approval)
• Up-to-date contact information is necessary for us to contact the applicant. If we cannot contact you, we will not consider your application
• Please provide us with any other information that may be important to this application
• Please note – if your child is a participant in our Campership Fund Program, they are still eligible to apply for other CFM funds throughout the year
