Please list any EXISTING conflicts with the rehearsal schedule. We will try to honor your prior commitments if possible, but the expectations is that you will NOT schedule any NEW conflicts at this stage. Mr. Eberhard will look over your conflicts and let you know if we can make it work by Thursday, December 12th.

Please understand that you are EXPECTED to have your schedule COMPLETELY AVAILABLE the weeks of January 21-February 5, exceptions for these dates will be rare but possible ...

All performers MUST be available for ALL performances!

Mr. Eberhard can usually work around an existing conflict, but cannot and will not work around last minute surprises. If an actor misses a key rehearsal for any unexcused absence or last minute notice, he or she may be removed from the show!

MORE THAN FOUR SCHEDULE CONFLICTS

You will need to bring a list of all of your schedule conflicts to Mr. Eberhard no later than Tuesday, December 10 to have a discussion on whether it will be possible for you to continue with the show. If we can make it work we will - but if not Mr. Eberhard will be honest with you.
