Dress Code Survey
HCS wants to regularly re-evaluate the dress code by gathering feedback from students, staff, and families. Our goal for the dress code is to encourage an atmosphere conducive to learning for all our students.

This survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your responses to the questions in this survey will be anonymous, meaning we won’t be able to link your responses to you.
