At times during the school year, occasions arise when students are taken out of the building for field trips, nature walks, district performances, etc. Most times, a separate permission slip is sent home to be signed for such an outing. However, on those occasions when the trip is more “spur of the moment” or when permission slips are not returned by the day of the scheduled trip, we would feel more comfortable knowing that we have permission to take your child on these outings. Please complete the form below. FORMS NOT RETURNED BY SEPTEMBER 9, 2022 AUTOMATICALLY GRANT COLRAIN CENTRAL SCHOOL PERMISSION for use as outlined above.
