Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and check-in clients upon entry
Accept and process customer payments
Answering any questions about our classes and services, in person at the desk or over the phone
Assisting with studio admin duties i.e. sales and cash management, helping dancers buy merchandise, passes, or memberships, restocking washroom and lobby products, etc.
Helping in social content creation, including filming short stories of classes for our Instagram channel, importing and uploading class videos to our online access platform.
Filming class videos if needed.
Helping us make sure our spaces are tidy at all times.
Assist in various small projects and events as needed.
Perform open and closing responsibilities and ensure classes and rentals are running on time
Assist the Front Desk Associate Staff as needed
Other duties as assigned
Multiple 4 hour shifts available, weekday evenings and all weekend. Flex Shifts also available where you would open/close the studio during off-hours when rentals are booked. For every hour of Work Study duties, you receive one free drop-in class.
Content Team (Work Study Program):
Have an eye for filming and editing videos? Do you love creating engaging social content? Are you on top of all the latest viral trends?
Sign up for one 4-hour shift a week where you will be responsible for filming and managing class videos, and/or creating engaging content for our socials channels like Instagram and TiK Tok.
Previous experience filming with a gimbal, editing videos, and/or creating content is a plus. Experience with Adobe Rush and/or Premiere Pro is plus.
Various 4-hour shifts available. Flex Shifts also available to edit content on your own time. For every hour of Work Study duties, you receive one free drop-in class.
Cleaners (Work Study Program)
Do you take pride in making a place look spotless? Can you master the art of cleaning a mirror? Do you like the flexibility of managing your own hours?
Sign up for one or two shifts a week where you’ll be responsible for cleaning the studio during off-hours and earn drop-in classes! Estimated cleaning shift lengths vary from 2-4 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweeping and mopping all floors.
Cleaning the mirrors and any windows/glass surfaces.
Dusting and wiping all surfaces.
Dusting all lights, speakers, and other equipment.
Moving any items left behind to our Lost & Found.
Cleaning our fans and dehumidifiers.
Tidying our washrooms and ensuring everything is stocked.
Updating the management team for any cleaning items/equipment that need restocking.
Emptying garbage and recycling bins and disposing appropriately.
Other cleaning duties as directed.
For every hour of Work Study duties, you receive one free drop-in class.
