Terms and Conditions
1.
Insurance
Australian regulations require all exhibitors to have adequate current Public
Liability Insurance cover based on a limit of indemnity to the value of
$10,000,000 or above. This provides cover for damage or injury caused to a
third party/visitor on,
or in the vicinity of, your exhibition stand. All
exhibitors are required to submit their Public Liability Insurance Certificate
of Currency along with their booking form.
2.
Rights of the Organiser
Acceptance of sponsors, advertisers and exhibitors will be
based on the requirements of both the conference and the organisers. Environmental
Education NSW reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse
any partnership application.
3.
Conditions of Payment
Payment for all Conference partnership and exhibition monies
must be made in full, upon completing the Partnership and
Exhibition Agreement form. Failure to do so may result in your Conference
partnership item or exhibition stand being released again for sale. Any part payment, will be returned or retained in accordance with our
Cancellation Policy – Point 4 below.
4.
Cancellation Policy
Once a Partnership and Exhibition Agreement form has been
received, any cancellation must be advised in writing. Confirmed partners or
exhibitors that cancel more than 30 days from the opening of the conference will incur a 20%
cancellation fee of the total package amount. Cancellations received within 30
days of the opening of the conference will not be eligible for any refund and
all payments will be retained.
5.
Stallholder Packages
Organisations opting to purchase a ‘stall only’ package must
ensure anyone staffing the stall across the conference period is a paid
delegate through the normal registration process. Registrations can be shared
if staffing will be tag-teamed throughout the conference as long the number of
staff at any time equals the number of registrations purchased. The names of
all persons attending at any time must be provided to the Conference organisers
no less than seven days prior to the conference.
We ask organisations to respect the tiers of the stall-only
packages and nominate truthfully which package applies to their organisation, this to allows
us to keep rates low and accessible for all groups.
