Formal Recruitment Conflicts 
We understand that you are students first. Below is the schedule for all events for recruitment. Please consult and then list out all conflicts you will have. This is incredibly important for round schedules.

  • Monday, January 22nd (Recruitment 101 Night): 7:00pm-8:30pm **Check in begins at 6:00pm**

  • Tuesday January 23rd (House Tours 102): 6:00pm-9:35pm *please note you may end earlier based on your schedule **Check in is from 5:00-5:45pm**

  • Thursday, January 25th (Meet the Chapters): 5:15pm-9:40pm **Check in is from 4:30pm-5:00pm**

  • Friday, January 26th (Philanthropy): 6:00pm-10:15pm *please note you may end earlier based on your schedule **Check in is from 5:15pm-5:45pm**

  • Saturday, January 27th (Preference): 5:00pm-8:30pm *please note you may end earlier based on your schedule **Check in is from 4:15pm-4:45pm**

  • Sunday January 29th (Bid Day): 9:30am-11:45am *please note your chapter may do a bid day celebration post 11:45am
