We are excited to offer books, CDs and DVDs, free of charge, for our church community to borrow for their use and enjoyment. As the materials are church resources, we ask that a few simple rules be followed.

Please read the Book Nook rules and complete the form. All forms will be kept on file by the Book Nook volunteers.

- Parent/guardian permission is required to borrow materials.
- Items may be signed out for a two week period.
- Four DVDs and/or CDs may be borrowed at a time.
- Any number of books may be borrowed at a time.
- Overdue notices will be sent by email, or communicated by phone call after a two week grace period.
- Please notify the Book Nook volunteers if an item is damaged or broken.
