ANNE MARIE HALE - nominated by Regina Propst & Dinah Poteat
In her second year teaching at Maiden High School, Anne Marie Hale previously taught four years in China. She is the queen of online instruction, going many extra miles to organize her work, set office hours online, and make abundant videos, which she shares with other teachers. Her students may have the opportunity to learn even more than in-person students learn.

As Catawba County initiated teaching College & Career EdReady classes, Anne Marie created one complete guide for each unit—(including hyperlinks) to make student learning easier. She has also made all of her work available county-wide. She is a fireball of instruction, and her work within the county is beneficial to her peers and especially our students.

Dinah shares, “The resources Anne Marie has shared and her personal guidance have made my teaching so much easier.”
