1. By completing and signing this synchronized skating team agreement, I agree to pay the Synchronized Skating Team the full amount of dues outlined for the 2019 season, regardless of how many sessions are actually skated.

2. I understand that in addition to the regular team dues, there will be additional assessments from time to time.  All bills must be paid as directed by the schedule outlined and the additional assessments as communicated by the team.

3. I understand that the coaches have final decision making authority relating to all matters which include, but are not limited to: choreography, music, costumes, team assignments, alternates, skaters- in-training, the schedules at competitions and special events; and team discipline.

4. In addition, we have received, read and fully understand the contents of the Synchronized Skating Team Handbook. We agree to comply with the practices and principles outlined in the Synchronized Skating Team Handbook, and understand and accept the consequences for non-compliance.

5. In addition, I agree to allow my child’s picture to appear on the Synchronized Skating Team’s website, in team publicity material, in newspaper articles, on the Majestic Ice website and any other similar material.
