I understand that a nonrefundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of sign up. Failure to submit deposit results in loss of camp spot. Cash/checks can be delivered in person at the barn or mailed to: Flanders Polo and Riding Lessons P.O. Box 758 Pattison, TX 77466.  We also accept Venmo/Paypal. *
I understand that full payment is due at the time of registration if registration is received after March 15th, 2020. I understand that payment is non-refundable but may be applied to another week if there are spots available. *
I understand I must complete an FPRL release form and HPC release form for camper before being allowed to participate in camp activities.  (Both forms can be found on our website under Release Forms). Camper must also have received a physical exam within one year of attending camp. *
