BCP Wrestling's championship-winning training comprises aggressive set-ups, physical attacks, effective defense, as well as innovative top and bottom techniques, that have been proven at all levels of competition. Since 2012, the Benedictine Wrestling team has won 5 VISAA Team State Championships, crowned 34 individual VISAA State Champions,, and earned 26 individual National Prep All-American honors.
