These can be used as self-care reminders, and you can have a storage ring to keep them on.

I use these often, because I have executive dysfunction thanks to autism and ADHD.

The way I use them is, when I'm feeling a bit rubbish and I don't know why, I:

1) Go through each charm to check whether it's something I need to do.
2) Detach any that I need to do, and carry them in my hand or my pocket, or put them on the table next to my cup of tea.
3) Wander around the house doing all the things I'm holding in my hand.
4) Put them back on the carabiner when they're done.

Prices do not include postage and packaging from the UK to wherever you are.

The charms
Each charm has a base cost of £0.55.

Each character (including spaces) in your charm is an additional £0.03.

If you want to calculate costs easily in advance, you can use this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oSTBYVWQUuglU1qNeM97_TPsmaNti4IW-ez3x5rnGlg/edit?usp=sharing
List your charms! One per line, please.
The charms are made to order so you can have anything you want. Anything more than 15 characters (including spaces) gets a bit silly. The above image has 17 charms, and the longest is "gentle movement" at 15 characters. A-Z letters only, no numbers or punctuation available.
Do you have any preferences for colours?
I might not be able to get your preference exactly right due to stock limitations, but I will do my best and message you with any decisions. Roughly, options are: Black, orange, green, yellow, light blue, dark blue and fluorescent pink letters on white, or black letters on silver.
Do you have any preferences for spacers?
If I can't do what you want I'll just use the little silver thingies.
Connectors
Optionally, you can have a thing for holding all your doodads together.

Black rings: £0.19. Not easy to get the charms on and off, but if you don't intend to take the charms on and off then it's fine! You can choose small, medium or large - they're all the same price.

Tiny bike locks: £0.38. they close with a little screw mechanism. They're a bit stiff so they're not super user-friendly for adding and removing charms often, but they come in colours and they're pretty fun and cheap. You can choose your colour from the ones I have in stock.

Colour carabiner: £0.70. Plenty of room on them, they're cheap and come in colours, but they're a bit unwieldy. You can choose your colour from the ones I have in stock.

Round carabiner: £1.25. My favourite, because they're rotationally symmetrical and I find that easier to use. Downside is, they only come in black!
