Congratulations! We know you are proud of your senior and all that (s)he has accomplished. Each school has been spending months preparing a beautiful, meaningful and dignified Commencement Ceremony to respectfully recognize their students as they complete this important time in life. The San Bernardino City Unified School District, Board Members, and school staffs are pleased to share in your celebration and ask that you and your child enter into a contract to assure the Commencement is a respectful, dignified, occasion.

The San Bernardino City Unified School District Board Policy 61239 requires that each senior, regardless of age, and their legal parent/ guardian/ caregiver sign and return the completed form to the school BEFORE the student can be issued a cap and gown and participate in specified commencement activities.
