ESSER 3.0 Stakeholder Survey - Fayette County Public Schools
In response to COVID-19 and its impact on student learning, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) was signed into law by the federal government in March 2021 and provided funds for the Elementary and Secondary School Relief Fund (ESSER).

FCPS will receive ESSER 3.0 funds to address student learning loss and COVID-19 recovery. Federal guidance states that all funds must be spent in the prevention, preparation, and response to COVID-19. These funds are designated for one-time or short term expenditures to address the ongoing impact of the pandemic. There is a federal requirement that at least 20% of these funds must target learning loss due to extended school closures and interruptions.

Please take a few minutes to share your feedback regarding how you feel the pandemic has impacted students and our school district and how the district should best use the resources to address students' instructional needs and ongoing COVID-19 recovery. Your input on this survey will be used to plan for the spending of the ESSER federal stimulus grant. Please respond by August 9, 2021 at 4:00 PM.
