Hidayah Academy Summer Camp 2022
Summer camp runs from July 11 to August 11, Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 2 pm.

The cost per child is $650 for the entire camp.

The weekly rate is $150 per child.

Please fill out a separate form per child.

Dress code : Modest clothing for all students, no ripped or torn pants. Hijab for girls.

Waiver: As the parent/legal guardian of the minor listed above, I hereby grant permission for the student to participate in all the activities of HIDAYAH ACADEMY summer camp 2022.  I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur to my child during these sessions, and do hereby fully and forever release and discharge HIDAYAH ACADEMY, its employees, staff, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether same, be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the student participation in the programs and activities of the aforesaid school. I also agree my child will only be allowed to join the camp after payment has been made. *
