Church & Spiritual Community Survey
New Wine Collective's mission is to make spiritual community accessible to all. That's why we're developing an online tool that helps facilitate spiritual conversations and community, and we want to hear your perspective!

PURPOSE
The purpose of this anonymous survey is to better understand what people might be looking for in a church or spiritual community and to identify what barriers and pain points they might experience in forming a small spiritual community of their own.

AUDIENCE
At this stage in our research, we are primarily interested in hearing from people with broadly Christian, former Christian, or Christian adjacent backgrounds. However, this survey is for anyone willing to share their honest thoughts about what makes church or spiritual community valuable to them or not.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
This survey may take anywhere from two to twenty minutes, depending on the length of your answers. We invite you to participate to the degree that your time and interest allows–bullet points and multi-paragraph responses are equally welcome!

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH THE INFORMATION?
We are conducting this survey both to deepen our understanding and to share that understanding with others. By filling out this survey, you are granting us permission to use the data and responses you provide for research, communication, and marketing purposes. Any and all personal information provided will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside our organization. Any quotes selected for public use will be attributed anonymously and may be edited for brevity or clarity.

THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR THOUGHTS AND YOUR TIME WITH US!
