Ilmoittautuminen Linnaseminaariin 2023 / Registration to the Castle Seminar 2023
Tällä lomakkeella voit ilmoittautua Linnaseminaariin 2023, joka järjestetään 18.-20.8. Haikon kartanossa, Porvoossa. Ilmoittautuminen on auki 21.7. saakka.

Linnaseminaari tarjoaa viikonlopun täydeltä huikeita ja inspiroivia puhujia, raikasta poliittista keskustelua sekä mukavaa yhdessäoloa. Linnaseminaarin teemana on tänä vuonna EU:n teemavuoden mukaisesti osaaminen ja keskiössä on myös vahvasti lähestyvät eurovaalit. Tapahtuma sopii niin EU-asioihin vasta tutustuville kuin todellisille EU-asiantuntijoille.

Linnaseminaarissa kuullaan mm. puheenvuorot Eurooppa- ja omistajaohjausministeriltä Anders Adlercreutzilta, Ulkopoliittisen instituutin johtajalta Mika Aaltolalta, Akavan puheenjohtajalta Maria Löfgreniltä ja Akavan opiskelijoiden puheenjohtajalta Nicole Ojalalta sekä Sitran johtavalta asiantuntijalta Eero Jalavalta. Lisäksi tapahtumassa päästään sukeltamaan vuoden 2024 europarlamenttivaaleihin meppipaneelissa yhdessä Miapetra Kumpula-Natrin, Heidi Hautalan ja Sirpa Pietikäisen kanssa sekä Euroopan Parlamentin Suomen-toimiston ja Eurooppalaisen Suomen ohjelmanumeroiden muodossa.

Perjantaina 18.8. yhteislähtö Helsingin keskustasta on klo 15 ja seminaarin ohjelma alkaa Haikon kartanossa klo 17. Seminaarin ohjelma päättyy Haikossa sunnuntaina 20.8. klo 13:30, minkä jälkeen on yhteiskuljetus takaisin Helsinkiin klo 14.

Tapahtuma järjestetään yhteistyössä Euroopan komission Suomen-edustuston, Euroopan parlamentin Suomen-toimiston, Akavan ja Eurooppalainen Suomi ry:n kanssa.

Osallistumismaksun hintaan kuuluu majoitus, ruokailut, sekä vierailut Haikon kartanon kylpylään. Tapahtumapaikalle järjestetään myös yhteiskuljetus Helsingin keskustasta, joka kuuluu osallistumisen hintaan. Osallistumismaksu määräytyy valitsemastasi majoitusmuodon mukaan.

Early bird: 85 euroa
Normaali hinta: 90 euroa

With this form you can sign up to JEF Finland's Castle Seminar 2023 which will take place in Haikko Manor, Porvoo in 18.-20.8. The sign up is open until 21.7.

The Castle Seminar offers a weekend full of amazing and inspiring speakers, fresh political conversations and nice time to get together. The theme of Castle Seminar is skills, like it is the theme of European Union this year. The upcoming European Elections will also be in discussed at this event. The event is great for people who are just getting to know EU matters as well as for those who are already EU experts. Please notice that the program will be mainly in Finnish.

At the Castle Seminar, we will hear speeches from 
  • Minister for European Affairs and Ownership Steering Anders Adlercreutz 
  • Director of the Finnish Institute of International Affairs Mika Aaltola 
  • President of Akava Maria Löfgren and President of the Students of Akava Nicole Ojala 
  • Leading expert at Sitra Eero Jalava 
Additionally, the event will feature a panel discussion diving into the 2024 European Parliament elections together with the Members of the European Parliament Miapetra Kumpula-Natri, Heidi Hautala, and Sirpa Pietikäinen, as well as activities organized by the European Parliament Information Office in Finland and the European Movement in Finland program.

On Friday, August 18th, there will be a group departure from Helsinki city center at 3:00 PM, and the seminar program will begin at Haikko Manor at 5:00 PM. The seminar program will end at Haikko on Sunday, August 20th, at 1:30 PM, after which there will be transportation back to Helsinki at 2:00 PM.

The event is organised in cooperation with European Commission's Representation in Finland, European Parliament Information Office in Finland, Akava and European Movement Finland.

The participation fee includes accommodation, meals and the fantastic programme all held at the Haikko Manor. The fee also includes the bus from Helsinki city centre. The participation fee depends on the accommodation you choose.

This year we have Early bird prices for those who sign up 18.6. at the latest! You can find the fees below:

Normal price: 75 euros

Accommodation in a room for two persons
Early bird: 85 euros
Normal price: 90 euros
