Fall Sports Sign Up
As we prepare to begin our fall sports season, it is important that we gain an accurate picture of our participants.

In order to participate, you must have a current physical. Physicals are good for one calendar year. A student-athlete must get a new physical every year.

Please take a moment to fill out the form below and submit it as soon as possible.

Conditioning begins September 14, 2020 at 5pm with check-in at 430pm. Students WILL NOT be able to participate in conditioning without a current physical.
