Terms and Conditions for Participants

Upon registration, participants of the classes agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment
Class fees are to be paid up front by credit card, through our contactless payment options. Unused tickets are refundable in special circumstances.

2. Trial class
The trial class of 4000yen is only available for 1 use. In cases where the student chooses to change teachers or try a new instrument, the full lesson fee applies.

3. Change of teachers
Students can request a change of teachers anytime, and this decision will be made after scheduling an interview with the head of music academy

4. Class schedule
The class schedule for each following month must be decided by the 20th of the previous month. Students who are taking a break from classes should inform their teachers by then.

5. Rescheduling of classes
Class rescheduling is allowed by both teachers and students 24 hours before class commences. The rescheduled class should be conducted within 2 weeks. Cancellation of classes after the schedule is decided is generally not allowed.

6. Safety
Every care will be taken to ensure the safety of every participant. Instructors will take every responsible precaution to ensure the safety of the participant. Parents/Guardians should not hold Minim or its instructors liable for any damages, injury or illness sustained by the participant during the classes conducted by Minim.

7. Image Rights
Minim reserves the right to use photos, videos, and other media taken of all participants past and present in publicity materials such as our website and leaflets unless notified otherwise. No students will be named in such publicity.
