Booth Information: (1) 10'x10' booth space with two chairs.  (ALL exhibitor staff MUST be listed on your registration form)
Cost: $150.00 per 10'x10' booth space. 3 day accommodations. 

Additional Information:
Arrival to Sheraton Hotel: The vendor registration check- in booth will be open from 8am on Friday December 13- 7pm Saturday, December 15.  The vendor registration check-in is located in the Conference check in room (TBD).  Important information, booth location, and vendor
representative badges will be issued prior to set up. 

Display set-up times:  Friday from 8am to Midnight and through the close out session (7pm) on Sunday, December 15, 2019.Vendor’s booth will be granted to paid vendors on a first come first serve basis. Priority
placement given to those who have registered prior to the start of the conference, no vendors table will be set up without payment and registration form completed and submitted to conference organizers. No hot food items for sale or cooking permitted onsite.

Sales to attendees are highly encouraged.  The only sales that are
prohibited are firearms and anything terrorist related as well as not in the accordance of Islamic principles. Not liable for any items left overnight unattended.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:
There will be no refunds for cancellations once payment is
submitted.

All vendor exhibition space and associated expenses are required to be paid prior to the scheduled event
Booth space is not guaranteed until full payment is received. 
Payment options on the day of the event are company check or credit card via PayPal. (service charge fees apply to PayPal payments)
