The United States Extemp division at the St. Genesius Invitational requires each competitor to submit four links to speeches for judging at the tournament.   All competitors are required to submit a link for all three sets of rounds, including elimination rounds -- regardless of whether or not they will be in the elimination round.  We will not accept late entries for any round.
