Does your student need a sports physical for upcoming sports? If your student is interested in playing sports, they will need to provide our Athletic Department with proof of a sports physical dated later than May 1, 2019. Dr. Shahad will be on site on Wednesday Dec 5th at 2:00 p.m. The cost of the sports physical will be $25.00.
