Rock Hill Orchard. located in Mount Airy, MD,  is hiring for the 2019 Fall Season! We are a busy Pick Your Own retail farm and we are open Tuesday - Sunday May through October.

We have several part time positions, both weekday and weekend hours available.

We are looking for reliable, friendly and motivated team members to join us for an eventful Fall season.

What You'll Do
As a member of our Fall Seasonal Staff, you'll help facilitate an entertaining and educational experience for visitors from across the region that visit our family farm. Your role is to assure a safe, organized, fun and rewarding experience to all who visit.

Assignments may include:
Farm Store Crew
Ice Cream Counter
Pick Your Own Apples & Activities Crew
Pick Your Own Pumpkins
Corn Maze
Pumpkin Cannon
Information Station
Parking Assistance
Floater/Grounds
Hayride Driver (must be a licensed driver.  A skill test must be taken)

An Ideal Candidate for Rock Hill's Fall Crew (some positions have other requirements):
* Positive attitude and good customer service skills.
* Want to help people have fun at Rock Hill
* Ability to see ways to help guests have a great experience and take proactive steps.
* Willingness to work at a variety of tasks on any given day (we believe in cross training and multitasking).
* Ability to do some lifting (need to be able to lift crates of apples approx 50lb)
* Ability to stand and work in outside environments for extended periods.
        * Ability to stand and work on concrete floors for extended periods.
* Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
* Be at least 16 years old.
* If you are a high school student, must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, so students who have lots of
           weekend school activities won’t find Rock Hill to be a good fit for employment.
