Dates: December 13-15, 2019

Location: Arizona State University Memorial Union

Registration fees: FREE. Students admitted into the program will be provided with 2 nights lodging at the conference hotel (Residence Inn Tempe) and meals will be provided at the event.

Travel costs: Students are responsible for travel costs. Travel awards may be provided to provide partial reimbursements, depending on availability.

Deadline for receipt of applications: September 1, 2019

Applicants will be notified by October 1, 2019 of their admission status. Those admitted will be required to commit by October 15, 2019.
