If you'd like to become a contributor for the ADHDruid blog, please fill out this form. If your requested role involves an account on the blog and/or a contributor role on the discord server, I'll get those set up as soon as I can! This may take up to a week, so if you haven't heard anything in 7 days, please send an email to adhdruid@gmail.com or you can message me on Discord (Liss#6925).

If you would like to write blog posts/articles, what sort of things would you like to write about?
Author Name
The name that you would like to appear on your author profile or guest articles on the blog (if you will be writing articles for the blog)
Email Address
This is required if you want an account on the blog. You can choose whether to show it publicly when you set up your author profile. If you only want to be a guest blogger and submit articles for me to post on your behalf, this isn't required. You should also fill this out if you have questions that require a response (unless you prefer to be contacted via Discord).
Discord ID
Only required for being assigned the "Contributor" role in the Discord server, or if you prefer to be contacted via Discord instead of Email for questions that require a response.
