VISION
We are committed to making positive changes in our community.
MISSION
The OUTRAGE mission is to empower youth to fight back against substance and drug misuse by using effective prevention strategies and advocacy.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
OUTRAGE is a community youth-led advocacy and prevention group for Utah County youth ages 12-18. We focus on preventing youth substance and drug misuse through education, trainings, events, and other opportunities. Participants are given a chance to have their voice heard!
SCHEDULE & EVENTS
OUTRAGE holds meetings on the second Tuesday each month from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Most meetings will be located at the Health Department (151 S University Avenue, Suite 2700, Provo, Utah 84601). Dinner is always served.

- Learn about advocacy and how to use it in your community

- Be involved in a good cause
- Fun and educational events each month (Free dinner included!)
- Service and volunteer opportunities
- Learn about the policy process and interact with legislators
- Make a difference in your community and school
- Looks great on college or work applications
EXPECTATIONS
- Continually strive to be tobacco, alcohol, and drug free
- Be on time
- Find personal transportation to and from events and meetings
- Be respectful to all adults and youth
- Actively communicate with the Coordinators at least 24 hours in advance when unable to attend meetings or events

Parent/guardians will be informed of their child's involvement in activities. Brief messages will be sent through the GroupMe app, while emails including more information regarding activities will be sent from outrageyouth.uchd@gmail.com. With your permission, youth participants will automatically be added to GroupMe chat and email list. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
