FUN Events & Outreach :
Welcome Dinner (One time only event. A fun dinner for everyone on curriculum night)!
Meadows Got Talent (One time only event with Judges, Prizes and amazingly talented kids).
Bingo Night (One time only event with prizes, sponsors and BINGO!)
Dad's Club (Yearly -Network with other dads and plan activities to help support Meadows.)
Bob Ross Night (One time only event. Artist inspired painting with friends and family).
Fun Fest (A new event...could be Fall/Winter/Spring bringing us together for a fun evening).
Holiday Party (One time only event. First Friday in December we help or host with Simis).

Fundraising:
Fall Fundraiser (Help from August to September and this is the biggest fundraiser for the year).
Adult Spring Social (One time Event for Parents and Teachers/Staff involves silent auction, dinner and dancing).
Spirit Wear (Runs about 3 times a year - ordering shirts etc with Meadows Logo).
Reward Programs for Meadows (Yearly: finding ways to boost participation in Free Money Programs).
Camp Friendly Pines (Yearly - hold events to raise funds for Camp Friendly Pines).
Snack Shack (Due to construction this will be different this year but not impossible).
Sports Booster (Yearly - find ways to raise funds for our sports teams)!
Book Fair (Twice Yearly - volunteer to help with the Book Fair).
Sponsorship (Seek out sponsors for Meadows events and fundraisers).

Community and Campus Programs:
Green Team (program to assists students/staff to help the environment through waste reduction).
Art Masterpiece (Prepare and present talks on renowned artists or art work in the classroom).
Picture Day (Twice yearly Fall and Spring - help coordinate students for Picture Day).
Copy Cats (Through the school year - prepare copies for teachers and staff).
Med-o-Gram (monthly newsletter)
Rams Round Up (or Future 5th Graders)
Yearbook Representative (help us coordinate sales and advertising with students/teacher)
Hearing and Vision Screenings (Once yearly - Help for the student’s vision and hearing screenings).
8th Grade Commencement (Spring- Volunteers coordinate commencement activites).

Welcome Committee (Help make the transition to Meadows as easy as possible for incoming 5th graders and their families).
Teacher and Staff Appreciation (Yearly - plan events on campus to treat our amazing teachers and staff.)
Registration (July - help PTM and student leaders register students, get information and purchase t-shirts).
Parent Socials (Help with some fun activites for Meadows parents to connect off campus).
Student Social Events/Dances (Help students with planning Social Events or Dances).
