2023 Online Boeing Programming Camp for Middle Schoolers
For the fourth consecutive year, our programming camp team is hosting the 2023 Online Boeing Programming Camp for Middle Schoolers! This online programming camp is a collaboration between faculty and graduate students from the Computer Science (Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture) and Educational Psychology (College of Education)  programs at Washington State University. Students currently enrolled in middle school (grades 6, 7, and 8) can apply for this camp. Open to all middle school students across the United States!

The programming camp will be held from August 7 - August 11, 2023 from 10 am to 12:30pm (PST). There is no cost to attend the camp.

The goal of the online programming camp is to teach middle schoolers basic programming functions and concepts, and to provide support as students work through different activities related to those functions. At the end of the camp, students should acquire basic understanding of programming and hopefully an increase in programming interest.

Students' understanding of programming will be assessed at the start of the programming camp and again at the end of the camp.

To register your child for the camp, we ask that you complete this form provided below. We only have a limited capacity of 60 students and we seek your understanding if we are unable to accommodate your child at this camp.

Registration is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from the programming camp team.
