PLEASE READ, THEN ANSWER QUESTIONS BELOW. NOTE: Some items are worst case scenario and may change based on shifting guidelines. Please assume worst case scenario.
Given the following guidelines...
1. All parents/guardians must confirm "No signs or symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days and have not been exposed to someone who has had COVID -19"
2. All parents/guardians confirm a normal temperature of the player before entering the field of play.
3. All players will have to check in for contact traceability (check in will be with appointed safety office..a new role required due to the pandemic)
4. All players, participants are required to wear facial coverings at all times except: During high intensity aerobic or anaerobic activities. When distancing of 6 feet or more is possible between participants whenever feasible; or for individuals that are unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition or disability.
5. All Coaches and support staff (i.e. safety officer) wear a mask at all times.
6. Players must maintain socially distanced during down time
7. Parents would NOT be allowed to spectate and must wait in their vehicles. (worst case scenario)
8. Each player will be required to have their own water bottle and ball. You should also sanitize this equipment before and after each session.
9. Bathroom facilities would be off limits (worst case scenario)
