CDL Survey
Because of the parameters set by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and the Douglas County Health Authority, we have not been able to open up campus for our students in grades 7-12. We recognize the need for concrete information at this point in time, because of the ever-changing information that has come our way over the past months. As a school district, we want to assure you that we share all frustrations associated with not having our students in the traditional school setting. We are happy to report that our students, and students across the nation, are engaging in classes more, having better attendance and being more successful academically during comprehensive distance learning.

The purpose of this survey is to accurately measure the needs of our community at this point in time. Please answer the following survey questions honestly. All survey participants shall remain anonymous. Please remember that if students are allowed on campus, that it will be in a hybrid model (A/B schedule) following the current COVID-19 health and safety protocols. The results of this survey will be shared with the school board to help guide their decision regarding when students can return to campus for school. Thank you for your continued support for Glendale School District #77!
