Please consider any sports/extra-curricular activities you are/may be a part of during the 2023-2024 school year when choosing your retreat preference. Think about and discuss your course load and your family/personal/school commitments with your parent/guardian before filling out this form.
Please keep in mind that Carondelet enters into contracts with retreat facilities and has to pay for students even if they do not attend. With that said, even though retreats are covered in tuition and there is no fee to register and attend,
there is a cancellation fee of $200 for canceling within a month of the retreat. Please plan ahead!
Retreat dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Campus Ministry will do its best to satisfy each student’s needs and preferences. Please turn in this form as soon as possible for the best chance of securing a place on the retreat of your choice, but please keep in mind, there is no guarantee you will receive your first, second or third choice.

Students filling out this form are requesting to register for Kairos. PLEASE USE YOUR CARONDELET SCHOOL EMAIL. We will confirm your retreat date in August 2023, only then can you consider yourself fully registered for a specific retreat. Information and parent consent forms will be provided approximately one month before the students' retreat.

Bus leaves CHS on Sun. at 10:15 am and returns on Tues. at 7:00 pm
Students will miss 1 “A Day” and 1 “B Day” of school and be expected to attend school the remainder of the week
Recommended for students who play fall sports, and students who may be in the fall or spring Company Production
Not recommended for students trying out for a spring sport
Not recommended for student athletes who may be in playoffs for basketball or soccer

Recommended for students who play fall sports, and students who may be in the fall Company Production
Not recommended for students athletes who may be in playoffs or nationals for cheer, stunt, lacrosse, or swimming/diving
