Kiwis Spring Concert Participation Form 2024 (Ages 4-8)
Your class will be performing in Keshet’s Annual Kiwis Concert

In order to participate you must be able to do the following:
1. Fill out and submit this participation form by May 1st.
2. Attend the FULL rehearsal and performance schedule

Saturday, May 11th, 2024

9:00 am: Dancer Call (Please note that regular class times are cancelled)

9:00-11:00 am: Closed rehearsal with dancers (includes breaks & snack times)

11:00 am: Kiwis Performance


Location:
The Kiwis Spring Concert will be held at the Keshet Center for the Arts Black Box Performance Space.

Tickets: 
Tickets are available on a sliding scale from $0-$15, you can select the pricing the works for you! Tickets will go on sale April 5th, 2024.

Pictures/Videos:
For the dancers’ safety, flash photography is not permitted. Videography is ONLY permitted for the Kiwis performance.  

Costumes:
Costumes should be provided by the dancer. Purchasing items for your costume is not expected and is not required. If your family does not have a specific costume piece, Keshet will provide it. Families should not feel pressure to buy costumes. There are no costume fees, although there is a $10.00 refundable costume deposit. A form is included in this packet and may also be picked up at the front desk. Your dancer may either wear their costume when they arrive at the theater for their dress rehearsal/performance day or bring it with them.

Healthy Snacks:
As the dancers will be working hard during rehearsals and performances, please bring healthy snacks, and a water bottle. A microwave will be available to the dancers, and periodic breaks will be provided. Consider bringing a snack to share with the rest of the cast. 

Healthy Snack Ideas: 
Fruit Applesauce, Luncheon Meat, Vegetables, Dips, Crackers, Rice Cakes, Popcorn, Baked Tortilla Chips, 
Granola, and Cereal Bars  

PLEASE DO NOT BRING: Snacks containing peanuts or peanut butter due to allergies. NO Pizza, Chips, Cookies, Brownies, Birthday Cake, Fried Foods, Soda Pop, Chocolate, Fast Food, Really Messy Food.  Unhealthy snacks will be confiscated!
