Playtest Thursday Visitor Request Form - Spring 2024

Fill out this form to be placed on the guest list for Playtest Thursday! If you do not fill out this form and show up for a Playtest Thursday at 370 Jay Street, you may be turned away from entry to the building! The guest list is finalized every Thursday at 4:30pm, so if you fill out this form after 4:30pm on the day of Playtest Thursday, you may not appear on the guest list.
