At this time, if you are interested in fall enrollment, please add your information below to this interest list.   ESS will continue to be a fee-based program and it will also provide Expanded Learning Opportunity Program services to eligible families. The California Department of Education is sending out guidelines to the district regarding the eligibility guidelines and PUSD is working to interpret and provide ESS with the information we need to proceed with fall enrollment.  As soon as we have that guidance, we will be ready to start enrollment for the fall.

In the meantime.. please complete this survey. If you have multiple students, you will need to submit a separate survey for EACH student. PLEASE NOTE: this is just an INTEREST LIST and DOES NOT count as formal registration. Once you SUBMIT your response, ESS will be contacting you if a spot is available for your child/ren.
