The course will support women to break out of social isolation and explore their own mental wellbeing through the lens of gender, while also enjoying creating their own art and craft pieces to take home.
Each week participants will meet for a full day. During the wellbeing sessions in the morning, they will explore their own personal strengths and opportunities for resilience and recovery. After lunch they’ll continue they will use morning exploration, expressing emotions, values and hopes through Arts, Craft and Creativity.
