TERMS AND CONDITIONS: READ THROUGH CAREFULLY!

1) Payment must be received in full before the project commences.

2) After project commences allow for 2 - 3 weeks depending on the size of the project or Mip's workload. A rush *might* be negotiated for a fee depending on Mip's current workload.

5) Patron will be given ONE opportunity to listen to demo and give feedback for the song. Additional feedback sessions will cost $30 per exchange.

3) Mip has the right to refuse the commission according to their subjective thoughts on the project.

4) Mip retains ALL RIGHTS to the song and its usage. For example, Mip may use it for recordings, performances, social media, and promotional purposes. While the patron may get acknowledgment in some areas (i.e. liner notes), it is at Mip's discretion. The patron will receive no portion of any rights, licenses, or royalties, including, but not limited to, writing, recording, performance, mechanical, and sync.

6) Patron understands that this song is not to be performed, altered, or resold commercially without permission from the artist. Reminder, Mip retains ALL RIGHTS to the usage of the song, Mip. (Personal engagements such as weddings, parties, funerals are fine)
