Summer 2019 EOC Administration for Volusia County Home Education Students
Please complete this form in order to register for our Summer 2019 administration of the following EOCs:  NGSSS EOC Assessments - Biology, US History (high school) and/or Civics (middle school) and FSA EOC Assessments - Algebra 1 and/or Geometry.

Students participating in an established Florida Home Education Program (FHEP) may participate in the Summer 2019 Administration during the Florida Department of Education's window of July 22-25 2019.

Our district will administer the following assessments:  

  NGSSS Biology
  NGSSS Civics (middle school only)
  NGSSS US History (high school only)
      FSA Algebra 1 EOC
      FSA Geometry EOC
  
In order to take advantage of this opportunity, this Online Registration Form must be completed by June 21, 2019.  Late registrations will not be accepted.

You will receive an email by June 28th providing you with registration confirmation and additional information.

NGSSS EOC exams (Biology, Civics and US History) are administered in one day.  Students are required to sit for at least 80 minutes of each assessment and will not be permitted to leave (even if completed and submitted) prior to this time limit.  For most students, each EOC takes approximately 3 hours to complete; however, students may continue testing until the end of the school day in order to complete the assessment.  Snacks or lunch will not be provided.  However, a 30-minute break is provided for a student to eat after the state-required 160-minute sitting for these NGSSS EOC assessments.  

The FSA EOC exams (Algebra 1 and Geometry) are administered in one day.  Students are required to sit for 180 minutes.  After 180 minutes students can leave if they are finished or may continue testing until the end of the school day in order to complete the assessment.
