Sorry that you could not register for a desired psychology course during the registration process. We hope to add your desired course; however, completing this form does not guarantee admission to a psychology class.
Only complete this form once -- do not resubmit the same request. Redundant submissions complicate and delay our response.
Please include a description of why you wish to be admitted to the closed course. Do not submit a request for a seat in a closed section when you are registered in another section of that course.
Criteria for placement in closed classes:
1: A student must be unable to register for any section of the course or have a compelling reason for not enrolling in a section that still has open seats. “It fits my schedule better” and “I prefer a different professor” are not compelling reasons.
2: First priority will be accorded to students graduating in December 2024 and May 2025.
3: Among graduating seniors, priority will be accorded in the following order: psychology majors, neuroscience majors, psychology minors, and then PCPS majors requiring a Psychology course.
