OC CPTA Nominations 2021
Hello! Please use this form to submit nominations for the upcoming 2021 OC CPTA elections. You may nominate yourself or another current APTA member of the OC District. Voting will take place throughout the month of October and winners will be announced in November.

For the following positions, please write the full name and email address of the person(s) you wish to nominate. To qualify to be on our ballot you must be a current member of the APTA and hold a CA PT or PTA License. You may live or work in Orange County District to be considered for an executive board position.

Secretary - 2 year term - Responsibilities include taking minutes during our monthly meetings, corresponding with state chapter about district updates and managing files/folders of our online drive account. **Please write the full name and email address (if you have it) of the person you wish to nominate**
Treasurer - 2 year term - Responsibilities include managing our district budget and submitting annual reports to chapter, managing our associated bank and PayPal accounts and assisting with fundraising events. **Please write the full name and email address (if you have it) of the person you wish to nominate**
Public Relations Chair - 2 year term - Responsibilities include maintaining our social media accounts, website and email lists. Works closely with education and PT-PAC chairs to advertise for continuing education courses and networking events. **Please write the full name and email address (if you have it) of the person you wish to nominate**
Education Chair - 2 year term - Responsibilities include planning and organizing (with the help of the education committee) district continuing education courses. This includes corresponding with invited speakers, selecting a venue and submitting CEU applications to state chapter. **Please write the full name and email address (if you have it) of the person you wish to nominate**
Chief Assembly Representative - 2 year term - Responsibilities include leading the district assembly representatives during the annual assembly rep meeting (Friday before state conference). Also in charge of keeping exec board up to date on state policies and motions. **Please write the full name and email address (if you have it) of the person you wish to nominate**
Nominating Committee (2 positions available) - 2 year term - Responsible for assisting the Nominating Committee Chair in organizing district elections for the upcoming year. **Please write the full name and email address (if you have it) of the person you wish to nominate**
Assembly Representative (6 positions available - 2 year term) - Responsibilities include corresponding with Chief Rep to discuss state policy updates and to participate in the annual Assembly Representatives Meeting (Friday before state conference). **Please write the full name and email address (if you have it) of the person(s) you wish to nominate**
