All pets will be individually evaluated and assigned a Monthly Pet Administrative Fee based on the 'FIDO Score' by Petscreening.com, in addition to a one time Initial Pet Administrative Fee of $100. Goddard Properties reserves the right to deny any pet application based on our review and/or the Owners pet policy at your Property. 

Pets Monthly Administrative fees will be based upon the following:

5 Paws: $25/month

4 Paws: $30/month

3 Paws: $40/month

2 Paws: $50/month

1 Paw: $75/month

0 Paws: Unapproved

Unauthorized Pets: Unless otherwise specified, or subsequent written approval is provided by Landlord, Tenants are prohibited from having any pets on Premises (this includes visiting pets, "pet sitting," short-term pets, fish tanks, etc.). If Tenants are found to have a non-approved pet on Premises at any time, Tenants shall be charged the pet administrative fees that would have been charged for the pet dated back to the beginning of the lease. If Tenants do not cooperate with submitting a pet application in order to determine the appropriate amount of the pet administrative fee, then the pet shall be considered a higher-risk pet, and the maximum Pet Administrative Fee of $75/month shall be used to determine this amount. In Addition to these fees, the Tenants will be required to pay an Unapproved Pet Administrative Fee of $250 and subject to paying for an Inspection to identify any damage.
